Whole turmeric, and one of the active constituent in turmeric, curcumin, is a polyphenol that gives the root its vivid yellow color. Clinical studies suggest that curcumin may support healthy joints and help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

Suggested use:
12-20 drops in a small amount of water or juice before food or on an empty stomach, up to five times daily.
