Originating in India, turmeric is a famous member of the ginger family, and ha a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Whole turmeric, and one of the active constituent in turmeric, curcumin, is a polyphenol that gives the root its vivid yellow color. Clinical studies suggest that curcumin may support healthy joints and help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

Ingredients:
alcohol, pesticide-free local turmeric root, pesticide-free local ginger root, black pepper, vegetable glycerin




Suggested use:
12-20 drops in a small amount of water or juice before food or on an empty stomach, up to five times daily.

If taking iron, take it several hours away from turmeric.
