How to prepare:
Nettle is best prepared as an infusion, a long steeped tea.
This means that it needs to be steeped for one or more hours. Overnight is very convenient!

A brief steep, 5-15 minutes like a regular tea, will not be enough time for the hot water to liberate the copious nutrients in nettle. It requires more time to get those!
