Are you getting at least 60 grams of protein EVERY day?

Sixty grams may only meet the bare requirements of your body to perform basic functions. Think repairing and sustaining joints, making new hair, maintaining strong and flexible bones. Think surviving when don’t you want to be thriving?

When I add a more stable mood and hormones, skin, healing, blood sugar balance, and! and! and!, checking how much protein we may need and how much we are actually getting is pretty valuable for day to day living.

Sometimes I wonder if in a world of causes we should protest and support, does something like protein matter?

I believe it does.

There are still challenging days to handle, children to pick up, friends to support, and you to show up for. This video can help. A protein powder can help. No one is perfect! I use a powder most days, too. Either this one or one of these.
