Suggested Use
For relaxing your body and mind, we recommend you put 1-2 cups (8-16 ounces) or more in the bathtub or footbath, and then soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.



To make magnesium oil for a high absorption skin spray:
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup magnesium chloride flakes
120 ml spray bottle

Bring the water to a boil in a non-aluminum saucepan or kettle. Turn off the heat and stir in the magnesium flakes until dissolved. When cool, pour into your spray bottle. No refrigeration is necessary.

Spray it on to the body on non-sensitive skin and lightly rub it in.
It may still feel a bit greasy or moist on the skin.
Use 10-30 sprays per day.
If you’d like to take a shower, allow twenty minutes before washing it off.
