Suggested use:
Ashwagandha is a food herb and is generally well tolerated by bodies even in high doses. Doses with extract can be used up to three times per day before food or on an empty stomach. Try it in a shot of water or juice or add it to smoothies and yogurt .
Some people may find it helpful to take a dose of ashwagandha at night an hour or two before bed to improve relaxation before rest and sleep quality.
Start with one per day and work up only as necessary. Some people only need to take one to two doses to reach desired results.


Like most herbs, ashwagandha may take time to take effect. Noticeable results may take place in as little as two weeks, but it may take up to three months to truly know if an herb will work for you.
