Suggested use:
12-20 drops in a small amount of water before a meal or on an empty stomach 1-4 times per day for ongoing issues.
If using cramp bark for menstrual cramps, some people only need to take 1-2 doses the first day one their period and as needed thereafter. Others are better helped by taking 1-2 doses per day at least 3 days leading up to their period.
Cramp bark also be used once to twice only in cases of issues like a headache or sporadic tense back muscles and pain.
