How is this lemon oil different from standard lemon essential oil?

These are both essential oils. Lemon oil is extracted from both the rind and the pulp of a lemon and for this reason is not considered as stable as lemon essential oil that extracted from the pulp only.
This lemon oil is clear and bright smelling but it’s recommended to be used for cleaning, adding to laundry, and smelling directly from the bottle and perhaps not for adding to products and concoctions that need smell to stay consistent for a long time.
