Why do a steam?
It supports immediate calming of the cough reflex and opening of the airways. On top of that, inhaling the infused steam allows the antimicrobial qualities of these essential oils to come into direct contact with tissues and into micro spaces in the respiratory system. Lastly, this blend in a steam can help break up phlegm and blockages.

How to do a steam?
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add salt, then cool to around 110F/43C to avoid burns.

Add 3-4 drop of HBH Respiratory Rescue Steam Blend to your bowl.

(optional) Add 1 tablespoon of salt to water.

Holding your head about 6” above the bowl, drape a towel over your head and bowl.

Inhale the steam for 3-10 minutes (or until symptoms are relieved)

Repeat as needed
