Suggested use:
Add 15-25 drops to a small amount of water before a meal or on an empty stomach 2-3 times per day.

How long and often should I take this?
It’s best to do cleansing in a gentle way. Use it two to three times a day for 3-4 weeks, one to four times a year.
It is not recommended to use this product longer than 8 weeks without the advice of your healthcare practitioners.
