A general complete parasite cleanse looks like this:

14 days using herbs to kill parasites, followed by a 14 day break (some people reduce this to one week), followed by 13 days using herbs to kill parasites. Some first time users may use the cleanse for three weeks, followed by the break, and then 13 days back on the herbs to finish the cleanse.


🔍Why take a break?

The first two weeks or antiparasitic herbs kill active parasites. The two week break allows the existing eggs to hatch. The second round of antiparasitic herbs will kill off the vulnerable newly hatched parasites.
Also, it’s not recommended to use antiparasitic herbs like black walnut hulls for more than three weeks of continuous use unless under the direction of a qualified health care professional.

🔍Anything else?

Eat lots of vegetables and some fruit
Consume LOTS of fiber and water to flush remnants of parasites and die-off toxins out.
Support your liver be sure that the body can handle the additional stresses of this detox.

IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY POOP AT LEAST ONCE PER DAY:
This is really important! If you don’t poop, you will notbe able to excrete the parasites and their die-off toxins.
You may want to consider a probiotic like this one or a psyllium product like the one below. Be sure to drink additional water when using psyllium so it can do its job!

People wanting to be sure to get enough fiber can add psyllium husk (coarse husk here and fine powder here).

Suggested use:
In cases of a first time parasite cleanse user, tolerance to herbs, or a severe known infection, those people may need to take another dose at mid-day, for a total of three doses per day.

One 50 ml bottle has enough drops for one cycle at the twice per day dose as described below. Therefore to complete an effective parasite protocol, one needs two bottles for the average adult.

Day 1-3:
Take 12 drops in the morning and 12 drops in the evening as described below.

Day 4 - 14:
Day - Take 24 drops in a small amount of water immediately upon waking before consuming anything else. A short time later followed by a big glass of water.
Night - Take 24 drops in a small amount of water before bed on an empty of a stomach.

Day 15 - 28:
Take a break from the herbs. Continue fiber, eating well, drinking lots of water, liver support through diet or herbs, and diatomaceous earth if you are using it.

Day 29-41:
Day - Take 23 drops in a small amount of water immediately upon waking before consuming anything else. A short time later followed by a big glass of water.
Night - Take 23 drops in a small amount of water before bed on an empty stomach.

🔍Who shouldn’t take this product?
Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have gallstone other biliary disorders, taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors, or have diabetes should consult a health care practitioner before use.

Those with bile duct obstruction, cholangitis, liver disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or suffer from hyperacidity should not use this kind of product.

If you are on medications, as with all herbs, please check with your doctor or trusted pharmacist for any conflicts these herbs may have with your medications.

🔍Why take fewer drops per dose than similar products?
The bottles for this product have a slightly larger amount per drop than the bottles of other companies.


🔍How does this product taste?
Wormwood and black walnut are famously bitter. Some people don’t mind! Others put the drops in juice or to help disguise the flavor.

🔍I’ve heard of die-off symptoms. What’s are those?
As parasites are killed off by the herbs, they release inflammatory toxins and your body wants to expel them as fast as possible. This can be uncomfortable. Symptoms may include
achyness, headaches, skin breakouts, cravings, fatigue

These do not happen to everyone! If they do, they usually begin after a few days, last for a few days, then ease. If these symptoms happen in the first two days of the cleanse, you can reduce the amount of herbs you use to half and slowly work up.
