Instant coffee CAN actually be great and it helps this house in our environmental goals as city folk (paired in pic with burdock extract before pouring in water)

✅ Tastes good

✅ Minimal water for clean up (just the mug)

✅ No waiting

✅✅ My main selling point: Coffee grounds shouldn't be disposed of in Taiwan's public food scrap pickup. This was a shock after years of disposing of them that way! It's pig food, and coffee grounds aren't good for them. I hated throwing away grounds or finding 10 ways to reuse them. So stress reducing as well!
