Everyone Wants to Lessen The Effects of Pollution on the Body, Right?

When I hosted a class about how to help the body handle and recover better from air pollution some years ago, I thought for sure that it would be my most popular class, right?

Because

🤸‍♀️everyone is ticked off about the air, right?

🤸‍♀️everyone wants to do something about the bodily effects of air pollution, right?

🤸‍♀️everyone wants to feel better now AND help preserve our lungs, and hearts, and brains for the future, right?

Ummmmmmm...it turned out not.

So I wondered if maybe folks thought there really was nothing we could do beyond masks and filters?

Is that what you think, too?

Because, respectfully, it's not true.

I make two products that

🌿🌿I felt compelled to formulate AND use.

🌿🌿I feel are ABSOLUTELY an essential public service to make available here.

🌿🌿required me to brush up on both the best of the recent pollution science as well as the important work other science and tradition-based herbalists were doing in the US and Canada helping people during wildfire smoke seasons.

💃Herbs can help us feel better now AND lessen pollution's effects on the body going forward.

How can that not be a priority with pollution levels as high as here in Taiwan?

💚

I love Taichung and Taiwan SO MUCH. And this is something I can do to help.

Focusing on respiratory health first, I formulated HBH Daily Lung Support (Pollution) Tea and a Pollution: Lung Support Tincture (drops conveniently added to water).

Why?

To help the body move the garbage we are breathing more effectively out of the body and cause less damage while it's there.

also bumps up our levels of the nutrients and phyto-nutrients needed by the body to defend pollution at all. Most of us are not getting enough of from our diets.

I wish these two, the tea and tincture, flew off the shelves. It matters more to my heart that community is better off than to my pocket. So I'm going to talk about these more in the coming days. I honestly hope this info is shared a lot. Plants are powerful and in this way, I feel they are essential to you and me here in Taiwan.
